Wonderkeep oxygen absorbers and scavengers remove the oxygen inside your packaging down to approximately 0.1%. When Wonderkeep is exposed to air, a chemical process called oxidation takes place resulting in absorpton of the oxygen in the air. This process begins slowly due to the materials used in the Wonderkeep wrapping. Within approximately 4 hours, oxygen absorption will be at its highest level and, providing the absorber is “sized” correctly, will absorb >99.9 % of the oxygen present.
